Delivery of goods in Lithuania
E-shop auksinesvajone.eu we deliver goods ordered free of charge throughout the territory
of the Republic of Lithuania.
We deliver goods in Lithuania within 2-14 business days from
the date of receipt of the payment order. In individual cases delivery of goods
may take longer. If you want to receive the goods before, please contact us by
phone +370 671 597 75 or e-mail before ordering auksinesvajone.eu@gmail.com and
we will answer if delivery is possible within a shorter time.
Before we send the goods, we will contact you with the time
and date of delivery. Items will be delivered to the address indicated in your
order in Lithuania.
All of our products will be safely delivered to your hands
by LP Express couriers.
Delivery of goods outside the Republic of Lithuania
If you would like the goods to be delivered outside the
Republic of Lithuania, please contact us by phone +370 671 597 75 or by e-mail.
auksinesvajone.eu@gmail.eu for delivery terms and conditions. Delivery of goods
in the territory of the European Union costs an additional 30 euros, therefore,
if we confirm that sending by order is possible, add this amount to the final
order amount. We will negotiate the transfer price outside the European Union
individually.
Removal of goods in our shop
You can pick up the goods at our store on March 11th. 22, in
Kaunas. Before arrival, it is necessary to agree on the time and date of the

Returning the goods
We strive to be content with our products and work, and MB “Auksinė
Svajonė” provides a 5-year guarantee for your jewelry. Due to unforeseen
reasons when broke or dropped off, due to our fault, we replace the products
with new ones.
The warranty does not apply if the products were damaged due
to your fault (i.e., scratching, bending, clogging, etc.).
We reserve the right to keep you free of upgrades or
repossess your product. Custom-made goods are not refundable.
